Apartments for rent in Chronia

Costal colony of about 100 inhabitants, fishermen and farmers, situated west of Limni, on the road Limni-Aedipsos. This colony was formed by Minor Asian refuges, after 1922, who found refuge to the area of Limni. Chronia is a small - pleasant resort for anyone who wants to spend there his summer vacations, attracting a number of tourists during the summer months.

1. Skambas apartments

The house is situated right on the beach. Totally it includes 8 apartments, which can be rented. 4 of them are on the first floor, with entry from the balcony. From the balcony there is direct access to the beach. 4 apartments are situated on the 2nd floor, with balconies seeing on the see. In each apartment there are at least 2 beds or a double bed and a single bed, and the owner can borrow a camping bed in case it is needed for an additional person or child. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you may need to prepare your food and of course, with a refrigerator. In each apartment there is a television and air condition. On the balcony table, chairs.

2. Gambas apartments

The apartments are situated in two buildings called "Denis house". The two buildings are separated from the beach by a small village-road. The 3 floor left building, which is the oldest one, includes one-room and two-room apartments, with a small kitchenette. The rooms include a double bed or two single beds. For children additional bed can be installed. On the terrace of the 1st building a restaurant is functioning, where meal is served two times a day (meal is not included in renting prices). The apartments of the second buildings doesn't have kitchenette, just a large room with double bed and the bathroom. The topic bus line stop is exactly in the front of the building.

3. Buzukakis apartments 

The Buzukakis apartment-house is a 5 year old, elegant building. It is situated on the main street of the village Chronia, aproximately 20 meters from the Skambas apartments. It is on the right side of the road, with direction to Rovies, and so it is not situated right on the seaside. The see can be reached going down on a small little street of apr. 10 meters long, that can be seen on the pictures. The owners are very nice people, just got back from Germany where they lived for decades, therefore they speak German.

 4. Porto Hronia apartments 

The Porto Hronia house is brand new, it is standing only the last 2 years in Chronia, and it is a modern complex, including not only apartments, but a small coffee-shop, bar, a small evening restaurant in the yard, only for residents. The beach in the front of the house each year is arranged, the stones are gathered, and the whole beach is upgraded with sand. The use of the deck-chairs and umbrellas is free for residents. In case of booking generally 20% advance pay is requested.
